Preparation Instructions:
To start this delicious barbecued whiskey steak recipe, you will first need to take out a flat sealable container. Next add into the container the Seagram Blended Whiskey, sesame ginger teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, bottled water, extra virgin olive oil, liquid smoke, pineapple juice, brown sugar, diced Vidalia onion, and soy sauce. Using a wooden spoon or a metal whisk, whip these ingredients together until you have a nice smooth and consistent steak marinade sauce. Once your sauce is finished, place your Kobe beef steaks into the container, and smother them in the sauce on both sides of the meat. Next seal the container with a lid, and place the steaks into the refrigerator to marinate for three to eight hours. Each hour flip your steaks over in the sauce, which will ensure an even distribution of flavor. Once your steaks have been marinated and are full of flavor, fire up your backyard grill to medium high heat. Don't forget to grease your grill grate with olive oil. Once your grill is hot, toss on your steaks and let those things simmer on medium high heat for roughly five minutes per side, or until they reach a desired doneness. While your steaks are cooking, baste them with the liquid marinade sauce for extra flavor. Once your steaks are done, let them cool down for five minutes before cutting the meat.
