To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your blender and plug it in. Next add into the blender the Jose Cuervo Tequila, Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic cloves. Blend these ingredients until they form an even and smooth marinade sauce. Next take out a small sealable plastic container, and add in your steak. Pour the marinade over the meat, and then seal the container shut. Slide the container into the refrigerator to marinate for about two to four hours, though do keep in mind this marinade is strong tasting, so be sure to not leave the meat sitting in it too long. Moving right along, you are now ready to fire up your outdoor grill. Oil your grate, and set your burner or coals to run at medium high heat. When your grill is hot, toss on your marinated steak, and sear each side for about two minutes each, as this process will lock in those wonderful juices and flavors.
