Preparation Instructions:
To get started with this recipe, you will first need to take out a small mixing bowl. Next add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Hoisin sauce, brown sugar, dry sherry, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Next take out a metal whisk and whip these marinade ingredients together until you have a smooth and even sauce. Once your sauce is done, take out a freezer bag, and then add in your steaks and marinade. Seal the Ziploc bag shut, then press and work the marinade into the meat, so that the steaks have a nice even coating. Moving along, next slide the steaks into the refrigerator to marinate for eight hours, flipping the bag over ever half an hour. Once the marinating process has completed, you are now ready to fire up your outdoor grill to medium high heat. Grease your grate with sesame oil, then toss on your steaks. You will want to cook the steaks for seven minutes per side. While the t-bone steaks are cooking, drench them in the marinade sauce, as this will really pack in the flavor, and keep the beef tender and moist.
