Preparation Instructions:
To begin this tasty swordfish steak recipe, you will first need to take out a glass baking dish, and then add in the minced garlic, dry white wine, lemon juice, wheat free organic soy sauce, olive oil, seafood seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Using a metal whisk rapidly stir these ingredients until you have an even and smooth sauce. You will now want to place the swordfish steaks into the sauce, cover the dish, and then slide it into the refrigerator to chill for one hour. At the half hour marker, you will want to turn over the steaks. Make sure you baste the steak a little bit, just to make sure that you get an even coating of the sauce over the meat. Once your swordfish steaks have fully marinated, you are now ready to fire up your barbecue to medium high heat. Make sure to grease your grate with some of the olive oil. You will want to grill your steaks for roughly six minutes per side, or until you can press the steaks with a fork, and the fish will start to flake away. To ensure that your steaks are tender and juicy, baste them with the marinade while they simmer on the grill. Once they are done cooking, garnish each swordfish steak with minced parsley and the lemon wedges. Serve them hot off the grill with a side of steamed white rice and boiled carrots.
