Preparation Instructions:
This is a wonderful and easy recipe to whip up. To begin you will first need to preheat your barbecue to high heat. Grease your barbecue grate with the extra virgin olive oil. Next take out a cooking skillet, and add in the real butter, coarse ground black pepper, garlic powder, minced garlic, and kosher salt. Heat these ingredients until you have a nice and even garlic butter sauce. Your grill should be ready by now, so toss on your sirloin beef steaks, searing each side of the steak for a couple of minutes. Once your flavor is locked in, slide the steaks over to a medium heat part of the grill, and cook them for about six additional minutes per side. While the steaks are cooking generously baste them with the garlic butter. I absolutely coat my steaks in the butter, as I personally like a salty and rich garlic buttery flavor. When your steaks are done, serve them hot off the grill with a side dish of baked beans and some Lay's Chile Lemon Flavored Potato Chips.
