Preparation Instructions:
Thank you to Brandon from Batesville Arkansas for sending us this divine barbecued pork ribs recipe. To get started, first cut your pork ribs into serving size pieces. Next place them in a shallow roasting pan, making sure the meaty side is facing down. Sprinkle the ribs with a little salt and pepper. Moving forward, next roast the pork ribs at 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degree Celsius for thirty five minutes. Once you are done with that step, drain out any excess fat, then flip the ribs over. Place the lemon slices and Vidalia onion on to the ribs, lower your cooking temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius, and then bake the ribs for another half hour. While your meat is cooking, take out a medium size saucepan and add in the smoky chipotle ketchup, Tabasco red pepper sauce, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ground chili, and kosher salt. Whisk these ingredients together until you have an even and smooth sauce, then heat it over medium heat until it starts to boil. Next pour the boiling sauce all over the ribs, making sure to get an even coating throughout. From the moment you pour on the sauce, cook you ribs for another full hour, occasionally basting them with the rich and delicious rib sauce. If you notice that sauce is drying up at all during the cooking process, simply add a little ketchup to it. That wraps up this Southern style barbecued pork ribs recipe. Do try and check out all of our other heavenly creations.
