4 Large Top Sirloin Buffalo Steaks
3/4 Cup Of Fisher Vineyards Cameron Red Wine
1/2 Teaspoon Of Morton Iodized Table Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Of Fresh Ground Indian Malabar Peppercorns
1/3 Cup Of Greek Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Large Fresh Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Of Spice Classics Onion Powder

To get started with this mouth watering recipe, you will first need to take out a large sealable freezer bag, and add in your buffalo steaks. Next add into the bag the red wine, table salt, ground peppercorns, extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, and onion powder.
