Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Tim from Bandon Oregon for submitting this mouthwatering barbecued beef ribs recipe. To get started, first you will want to cut your ribs into serving size portions. Next take out a large kettle, add in your beef ribs, then cover them with water. Let the ribs simmer uncovered on medium heat for about an hour, or until the meat is nice and tender. While your ribs are simmering, take out a medium size saucepan, and add in the hot sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, diced Vidalia onion, garlic powder, minced garlic cloves, apple cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, and chili powder. Whisk together this sauce, then let it simmer on medium heat for ten minutes. Once your ribs are done, take them out of the kettle, drain out the water, and then place them into a fresh two quart baking dish. Next cover the ribs with your sauce. Lastly you will want to bake your barbecued beef ribs uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius for one full hour. Serve the ribs hot with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.
